Summary: In this documentary-style film set in a desert zone in California, a civilian tribunal sentences a group of dissidents and gives them the option of fifteen years in prison or participation in law enforcement exercises in the Bear Montain National Punishment Park. As the prey in an increasingly aggressive cat-and-mouse game with law enforcement officers, the prisoners have to fight for their lives.
