In the mock TV documentary, 'Hero', a Long Island housewife tells of how her seven year old son shot his father and then ascended to heaven. His neighbours, schoolmates, teachers and social workers are interviewed. The second story in the style of low budget fifties horror films has a doctor hideously transformed by a liquid of his own creation which he accidentally switches with a cup of coffee. 'Homo', the third story, is a lush pastiche of Genet's Miracle of the Rose detailing a doomed and brutal prison romance.
