A neurotic young woman is spreading venereal disease around town. A young black doctor (Thomas) trying to establish a practice in the isolated, bigoted community, aided by a Vietnam vet (Poe), solves the mystery and convinces the town's young people to stop their nightly orgies and seek medical help.
